Solution: FileMaker Server will not start after Windows Server crash or upgrade
SHORT ANSWER: Try moving the file ‘ServerCustom.pem’ from the “C:\Program Files\FileMaker\FileMaker Server\CStore” directory to the desktop, and then try starting the FileMaker Server.
